What to expect
User research and testing is gathering information on how people do their jobs and use our products. Most studies are performed remotely via Zoom call and require less than an hour commitment. It’s always a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere where we encourage open honesty – there’s never a wrong answer or dumb question. We’re hoping to learn from many different roles in agriculture and use various methods such as interviewing, job-shadowing, and testing new features. Each study is unique.
What's in it for you
When we have a project we’ll reach out via email, tell you what to expect to see in the study and how you’d be compensated for your time. We’ll ask about your availability and if you’re up for it, we’ll schedule a time to perform the study. Participants can expect the following benefits:
