Custom Pages
Bushel’s new “custom pages” feature allows agribusinesses to create and manage custom web pages seamlessly. Quickly build and edit responsive pages with images, content, and files. Use custom pages to keep your farmers (or the public) up-to-date with your latest specialty programs and news.
Discount Schedules
Bushel’s customer portal continues to be the most comprehensive, one-stop-shop for farmers and agribusinesses to conduct business with each other. You can now keep farmers up to date with your latest discount schedules for each commodity and location with the Bushel Customer Portal. Update and manage discount schedules by importing a PDF into your customer portal, no coding required.
Hours and location
With the new hours and location feature in the Bushel Staff Portal, agribusiness teams can easily manage and update key information for their locations. Staff users have access to a pre-loaded list of active locations, along with standard days and hours, which they can adjust as needed.
This allows agribusinesses to keep their hours of operation, staff contact info, and physical addresses up to date in the customer portal. Additionally, farmers can confidently access this information directly, reducing the need to call or search elsewhere for it. It’s a simple way to enhance transparency and keep farmers informed.

CRM Enhancements
This latest update to Bushel’s CRM brings enhanced capabilities for managing your customers and staying on top of your tasks. You can now assign account managers, view a list of your customers, and sort customers by last activity date, giving your team visibility into which customers it may be time to follow up with.
Additionally, you can now document specific activity types such as a call/text, email, or a meeting for more detailed records of customer interactions. Easily create a follow-up task with a due date to ensure actionable next steps are communicated across your team. Track tasks by creating, assigning, and viewing them in one place.

We’ve streamlined and reorganized navigation for Bushel Farm users. Now, farmers will see only the features available in their current subscription level, making it easier to access what matters most.
