Statements with Agris
Statements with Agris is a new Bushel feature that allows farmers to view and pay statements through the customer portal. This feature solves visibility issues for farmers and agribusinesses around statement balances and payments.
Contract creation
This enhancement automatically creates contracts in the ERP when an offer is filled, reducing manual errors and allowing your staff to focus on what is most important. When an offer is filled, farmers automatically receive a notification and will immediately see a new contract to match.
Invoice filtering
Our app and customer portal now feature enhanced invoice filtering options. Users can sort your invoices by Account ID, Invoice Date, Due Date, and Status. Just log in using your phone number, navigate to “invoices” from the main menu, and apply the filters at the top.
Edit offers
Once a farmer user has submitted an offer to sell grain to an agribusiness through Bushel, they now have the ability to edit price and quantity on an offer before it begins working. This gives the farmer user even more autonomy to take control of their grain sales and self-service offers with their agribusiness.
Three dots on cash bids locations for contact information
On each location within cash bids, clicking on the three vertical dots will now display contact information.
Search cash bids by location
The ability to search cash bids by location name is now live. This enhancement is in direct response to user feedback and is especially useful for those with large lists of locations with cash bids. You can still filter cash bids by commodity and can now utilize the magnifying glass icon to search for locations.
Users now prompted to add their first and last name after they sign up
Like the headline says, farmers are now prompted to add their first and last name after they sign up for their agribusiness’s app. While this is an optional step, it will help connect customer phone number name information for CRM if the user opts to enter that information.
