Card Acceptance
Farmers expect the same convenience in their business transactions that they have everywhere else. Bushel Pay’s card acceptance feature allows farmers to pay invoices, statements, one-time payments, and open balances with a debit or credit card, right inside the Customer Portal they already use.
You can also accept card payments in person or over the phone by navigating to “Receivable” and selecting “Process Payment.”
For agribusinesses, payments land directly in your digital wallet, and you can easily track payments in the Accounts Receivable section of your staff portal.

Bin Tracking in CRM
In addition to tracking field level crop data, you can now track what farmers have stored in their bins. Bin tracking allows you to record the crop, variety, quantity stored, and record data such as protein, moisture, and more, so you can stay organized during harvest. This feature is available today.
QT News for Trade Users
Make informed, timely decisions, manage risk, and optimize sales and purchases by staying informed on the latest news updates. QT News is a dedicated newsfeed providing market data and reports on essential agricultural commodities. This includes crucial updates on grain, livestock, USDA announcements, weather forecasts, and energy prices, among other agricultural news. QT News is available with a monthly fee per seat.
How To Use QT News in Trade:
- Open the App Store in the left side navigation menu
- Select QT News
- Your new QT News widget will open-giving you access to important agricultural news.
Trade: Minimum Offer Size Per Product and Location
Optimize your trading strategy and increase profitability by cutting down on administrative work related to minor transactions. By allowing you to set a minimum offer size per commodity and location, the platform helps you focus on more profitable transactions. Avoid small, less efficient offers, streamlining your operations and ensuring your resources are directed toward more impactful deals.
How To Set Minimum Order Size:
- Define what the order size should be per product+location

Updates for Farmers
Request a Payment Improvements
You can now request payments from other wallet users with attachments and due dates. Add additional context when making a payment request by including up to five files (such as an invoice) in JPEG, PDF, or PNG formats. Keep payments on track by adding a due date for requests.
Log In with Passkeys
Passkeys are a faster, safer way to sign into apps without a password. Bushel Farm users can now log in with their device’s built in authentication, like Face ID, Touch ID, or a device pin.
Coming Soon: Storage and Loads Upgrade
Knowing on-farm inventory and its current market value helps farmers make more informed marketing and operational decisions. Soon farmers will be able to track grain from the field, to the bin, to their buyers. Tracking storage and loads will be easily accessed from any device, by any authorized user collaborating on the farm.
