Quoting

Bushel’s quoting solution empowers your team to create, send, and track quotes directly in your staff portal, while allowing farmers to easily view, approve, or deny quotes—all in one streamlined experience. With Bushel’s quoting solution you can:

  • Easily access up-to-date product and pricing information
  • Track all quotes in a centralized location
  • Streamline purchasing decisions for your farmers
  • Generate leads by allowing farmers to request a quote

Hours and location

With the new hours and location feature in the Bushel Staff Portal, agribusiness teams can easily manage and update key information for their locations. Staff users have access to a pre-loaded list of active locations, along with standard days and hours, which they can adjust as needed.

This allows agribusinesses to keep their hours of operation, staff contact info, and physical addresses up to date in the customer portal. Additionally, farmers can confidently access this information directly, reducing the need to call or search elsewhere for it. It’s a simple way to enhance transparency and keep farmers informed.

Discount Schedules

Bushel’s customer portal continues to be the most comprehensive, one-stop-shop for farmers and agribusinesses to conduct business with each other. You can now keep farmers up to date with your latest discount schedules for each commodity and location with the Bushel Customer Portal. Update and manage discount schedules by importing a PDF into your customer portal, no coding required. 

Display Cash Bids as Large Text

Display the nearby cash bid as a large text! This is a company-level configuration that can be enabled in the BAP:

  1. Search for company in the BAP and go to Configurations
  2. Scroll and open up the custom section
  3. Scroll to Cash Bids Nearest Month Large Text
  4. Set to true
  5. Refresh the webportal/app to see the updated large text

Coming Soon: AI Insights with Buddy

At the 2025 Bushel Buddy Seat Conference, Bushel announced the upcoming launch of Buddy: Bushel’s new AI assistant, designed to provide agribusiness teams with personalized insights from Bushel’s CRM solution.

Buddy connects CRM and ERP data so users can:

  • Look up customer info like activity history, contracts, invoices, and contact details
  • Identify gaps—like which customers haven’t sold grain or received a call recently
  • Pull custom reports based on specific crops, timeframes, or behaviors.

Updates for Farmers

Automated Data Connection with Any Subscription Level

Bushel Farm now brings powerful automation to all subscription levels. Bushel Farm users can connect to John Deere Operation Center or Climate Fieldview to simplify field boundary mapping and syncing.

Set Default Landing Page

Bushel Farm subscribers can now customize their default page for immediate access to their favorite features. Set a new default landing page by visiting the My Profile section when you click on your initials:

  1. Click your initials in the upper right corner.
  2. Click “My Profile.”
  3. Select your new default page and save.
