Director of Customer Experience, Bushel
A zealot for prime customer experiences, Benny has nearly 12 years of experience in the CX field. At Bushel, Benny heads up the Customer Experience department directing the team with a tailored focus to the success and happiness of Bushel’s customers.
Prior to Bushel, Benny was an Operations and Regulatory Review Manager at U.S. Bank where he gathered skills in Internal Audit, Customer Service, Management, Complaint Management, and Dispute Resolution. Benny holds a Bachelor of Science degree focused in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

VP of Trading, Bushel
Before joining Bushel, Luke graduated from North Dakota State University and headed directly into Risk Management and Hedging. After a short stint in Iowa running the trading desk for CommStock Investments, he came home to work at and eventually take over The Money Farm in Fargo, North Dakota. Luke has spent his entire career on the commercial and retail side of the grain trade; managing risk from farmers up to large commercial livestock and grain entities.
At Bushel, Luke has taken over development and the roadmap for building out their merchandising and contracting tools for farmers-commercials.

Grain Originator, Skyland Grain
At Skyland Grain, LLC, Tony joins their grain division as a Grain Originator.
Prior to joining Skyland Grain, Tony expanded his experience with grain origination as a Farm Marketer with Cargill. Tony also holds a degree from Kansas state University in Finance and Marketing.
As Tony sees this farming generation relying more on technology, he and those at Skyland Grain feel that Bushel can help their operation stay ahead of competition going forward, while also operating more efficiently as their company continues to grow.
