As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for following projects through their life cycle and providing insight and expertise to assist in making the best decisions for the client and team. This position reports to the Director of Technology and works closely with Strategists, Designers, Project Managers, Development, and Quality Assurance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Will work on a few projects through their lifecycle in the following ways:
Work with Strategy and Design during the Discovery phase to provide technical insight.
Work with Development and Project Management during the Development phase to provide assistance and project knowledge.
Work with QA during the Testing phase to provide project knowledge.
Fulfills duties of a Project Manager when necessary to provide relief to the team.
Assist Project Management in providing oversight to JIRA process flows for projects.
Find and research new tooling and processes to help growth within the Strategy and PMO.
Review and provide feedback on documentation from Discovery phase.
Provide insight to PMO on client feedback relating to new features vs existing bugs.
Answer questions during Development revolving around features and additional asks.
Avidly search out problems and help find solutions during the entire project.
Attend standups in both Discovery and Development phases for projects involved in.
Attend necessary meetings when you see value or the Strategist or Project Manager ask.
